Isolated Chaos was born out of the idea that not all chaos is loud. Sometimes, it’s quiet. Controlled. Even invisible. For me, chaos often arrives in stillness—in the routines we repeat, in the feelings we suppress, and even in the spaces where we look composed but feel completely unravelled.

This series follows mental health. From feeling confined to finally moving toward change, each image reflects a different aspect of that internal journey. None of the photos are meant to offer resolution. But they do offer recognition
